Remodel

The original dwelling followed the typical 1970s California Ranch style, reminiscent of the standard suburban tract home. However, with the increasing allure of the Shell Beach area and ongoing upgrades in the vicinity, the home began to reveal its age, prompting a much-needed transformation.

The revamped residence now embodies the essence of a spacious, rustic, yet modern beach house reminiscent of a secluded Mexican beach village. Emphasizing a strong connection between the interior living space and the natural surroundings of the Pismo Beach bluffs, the new open floor plan allows residents to engage with the coastal landscape seamlessly. Notably, warm Spanish Revival details enhance the exterior, complementing the existing Spanish-style architecture.
