As a women-led boutique firm, we boast a tight-knit team with 18 years of dedicated service. While we are not actively seeking to expand our team at the moment, we always accept inquiries and applications for future opportunities. Our scope of design work encompasses new construction and renovation projects spanning federal, state, commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to projects through all phases of design, including Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.

    • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, design studies, renderings, diagrams, and client deliverables.

    • Develop drawing sets, detailing, and technical documentation under the guidance of Project Managers and Architects.

    • Participate in code research, ADA coordination, and project-specific technical studies.

    • Support consultant coordination and integration of engineering and specialty systems into project documentation.

    • Produce and organize permit, planning, and construction document packages.

    • Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain design quality, project schedules, and documentation standards.

    • Assist with site visits, field verification, and construction administration tasks as needed.

    • Contribute to the studio’s collaborative design culture through active participation in team discussions, design reviews, and BIM coordination meetings.

    • Continue developing technical, organizational, and professional skills with increasing project responsibility and opportunities for independent task management.

    • Thrive in a fast-paced studio environment where team members contribute across multiple project phases and responsibilities.

    • Maintain a high level of productivity, responsiveness, and accountability within project timelines.

    Qualifications: 

    • Full-time position, with at least three years of experience and a professional degree in Architecture. 

    • Proficient in Revit/BIM. Vectorworks, Indesign, and TwinMotion knowledge is a plus.

    • Proficiency in 3D rendering software required.

    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

    • Must have a good work ethic, both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

    • Good organizational skills

    • Proficient with G-Suite and G-Sheets

    • Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift

    Job Type: 

    Full-time (40 hours per week with flexible scheduling)

    Pay Range: 

    $28-$32 per hour Depending on Experience with the option to reassess after a probationary period (90-days).

  • We value the power of mentorship + work experience and offer part-time internships to students who are able to commit to the following:

    • Work with us initially on a 3 - 6 month formal internship (co-op) program through your school which will require you to work a min. of 22 hours/week.

    • After your formal internship with your school, we will require another year of working with the firm part-time. This part-time commitment will be a min. of 12 hours/week which will possibly happen while still attending school.

    • A minimum of 15 months with studio 2G.
