Ella grew up in Oakland, CA., and moved to San Luis Obispo, CA. to attend Cal Poly SLO where she received her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with a concentration in Design Reproductive Technology.

Ella holds an affinity for connectivity and believes her purpose in life is to bring people together. She craves stimulating conversations and finds herself making friends anywhere she goes. What Ella refers to as a “manifestation moment”, she fell into this role all because she mentioned her graduation to a customer at the restaurant she was working at. 

Ella started at studio 2G as the overall support staff, wearing a number of hats. Today, her main roles are as the Business Development Leader and Pursuit Manager. Within the firm, Ella is passionate about improving the efficiency of internal processes as well as creating a safe and supportive work culture for her peers. 

In her free time you might catch her skating around downtown San Luis Obispo, caught up in a book, or enjoying one of San Luis's parklets along with some delicious food and great company.
