A New Winery in Paso Robles

New Construction

Perched atop a serene hill, the series of buildings emerges as a hidden sanctuary, artfully shielded by the embrace of the oak forest and strategic landscaping. As patrons embark on the enchanting journey from the road, they traverse through the welcoming gatehouse, ascending a winding path that unveils their first glimpse of the hillside casitas - commanding a breathtaking panorama. Continuing along this captivating path, patrons eventually reach the Valet, where they gracefully exit their vehicles and step through a portal, transitioning into the heart of the Winery for a curated tasting experience.

Beyond the portal, the Winery unfolds - outdoor trellises beckon, an interior courtyard invites, and a native plant meadow captivates, all framed by expressive floor-to-ceiling glass panes. Delving deeper into this winemaking haven, behind the scenes and nestled into the North topography, the barrel storage building takes root. Fully equipped with offices and an outdoor work area, it is the silent orchestrator of the winemaking process. Seamlessly connecting the Winery and Barrel Storage is the Cave, a subterranean enclave housing additional barrels, an immersion room, and a private tasting area illuminated by the dappled sunlight beneath two majestic oak trees.

This haven unfolds as part of a visionary project—new LEED Certified Winery facilities and exterior areas spanning 39,815 SF. Comprising structures such as the gatehouse, Winery & Hospitality Building, Cave, Barrel Storage and Office Building, eight casitas, and Valet structure. Enhanced by site improvements that elevate the existing approach, road, parking area, and water systems, this endeavor transcends winemaking—it is an immersive odyssey through architecture, nature, and the spirit of Paso Robles.
