This distinctive A-frame residence graces the Shell Beach Coast, undergoing both interior and exterior enhancements to harmonize with its original structure. The most significant modification involved expanding the frame to create a cutting-edge kitchen. This alteration extended to the lower level, where the deck underwent a redesign, adding both square footage and a modern guardrail. Consistent with the original exteriors, all exterior finishes were meticulously crafted in redwood, ensuring a seamless blend with the home's initial aesthetic.
